The tasting

• L'oeil
  Its robe is pale and luminous, with silvery green reflections. The effervescence is fine and persistent, forming a lovely, steady bead on the surface. The visual evokes the freshness, elegance, and purity of Chardonnay.
• Le nez
  The first nose is delicate and expressive, dominated by white floral notes (hawthorn, orange blossom), then evolving toward zesty citrus aromas (lemon, grapefruit), green apple, and a subtle hint of chalky minerality and fine brioche. Beautiful complexity with great aromatic precision.
• La bouche
  The palate is sleek, fresh and taut, with a beautiful mineral framework. The effervescence is creamy, carried by a straight, balanced acidity. Long, saline finish, with lemony, iodine and chalky notes of great elegance.
